Argo  Pantes   Tbk.   ( "Company" ) is  engaged   in integrated textile industry, one of the leading textile company  that produce various textiles products. The Company produces  high  quality textile from cotton and   polyester or cotton  blending.

The company is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, at Wisma  Argo  Manunggal  2nd  Floor,  Jl.  Jenderal  Gatot Subroto Kav. 22, Jakarta 12930 with it's factory addresses are at Jl. MH. Thamrin KM 4, Cikokol, Tangerang 15117 Banten    Indonesia   and Industrial Town  Estate,   Desa Gandamekar, Cibitung Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

Since its incorporation in 1977 the company has operated a fully integrated mill comprising of Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Finishing and Yarn Dyeing unit.

The  Company  was  incorporated  in  the framework  of  the Law  of  Domestic  invesment, by  deed  number  30  dated        July 12, 1977 notary in Jakarta at that time.

In 1991   the company then decided to become a public company by a public offering listed it's shared on Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE) and PT Bursa Efek Surabaya (SSE).
