By 1990, the Company had established integrated textile operations on its 44.3-hectare site in Tangerang, and in 1991 it went public while expanding its footprint to Bekasi. Today, Argo Pantes is evolving leveraging its strategically located warehousing and built-asset portfolio to support logistics, land development, and industrial leasing within Indonesia’s rapidly growing supply chain landscape.

Company Establishment
PT Argo Pantes Tbk. was initiated by Mr. The Ning King, laying the groundwork for the company’s journey toward becoming one of Indonesia’s leading integrated textile enterprises.
1990
Integrated Textile Operations Commencement
Began operations on a 44.3-hectare facility in Tangerang, manufacturing high-quality yarn and fabrics through end-to-end processes from spinning to finishing.
1991
Expansion and Public Listing
Expanded with a second 199,560 m² plant in the MM2100 Industrial Estate, Bekasi, equipped with modern textile machinery, and became a publicly listed company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the same period.
2016
Initial Initiation into the Logistics Business
In 2016, amid increasingly competitive conditions in the textile industry, PT Argo Pantes Tbk undertook initial strategic measures by optimizing the utilization of its land and building assets as part of its business diversification strategy. This initiative laid the foundation for the Company’s entry into logistics supporting activities, particularly through the management of industrial assets with potential development for warehousing and distribution, as part of the Company’s long term sustainability strategy.

Strategic Transformation and Logistics Revenue Dominance
Looking ahead to 2025, PT Argo Pantes Tbk has established a primary focus on the development of its logistics business as the main driver of the Company’s future growth. The Company’s strategy is directed toward asset optimization, logistics service innovation, the strengthening of strategic business areas, and digital acceleration to sustainably enhance value for customers and stakeholders.
